Why GL?
GL is a training ground designed to equip you for the future by building character, developing work ethic, and building your foundation in the Lord.
How long is the program?
Orientation is the first Saturday after Labor Day in September, with classes starting the following Monday. Graduation is the last Sunday in July.
Will I be able to have a job?
In order to make the best use of the opportunity, students are asked to make a commitment for the entire 11 months. Students will not be able to commit to other ministries or jobs. Please be prepared for a full schedule.
Where will I live?
While attending Generational Leadership, students not living at home, will be with a host family or “House Parents.” These are families in the church who open their homes to students for the eleven months and provide room, board and meals during their stay.
Do I need a car?
While it is helpful for students to have a car, some do not. Car pools are formed to cover these cases. Non-drivers contribute a portion of their monthly support to cover the cost of fuel for the driver.
Will I have time-off?
During the year, we will have a Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break. Specific dates change, but you will be notified as soon as possible.
