Pastor Tom and Patti Hardebeck have been the Directors of Generational Leadership since its inception in 1994. Prior to that, Pastor Tom was Youth Pastor at Generational Hope Christian Center for 16 years and then Associate Pastor for 3 years. His love for young people and the desire to see them walk in strength of character, integrity and to fulfill the destiny of the call of the Lord in their lives, continues to inspire his work.
