We want to honor you and the role you play in your child’s life. Congratulations on raising your young person into adulthood! Through the Generational Leadership program, we now want to partner with you, in helping them move forward into the next stage of their life successfully. Your child is interested in becoming someone strong in character, someone with effective leadership skills, and someone who serves God with their time and talents. We can help them in these areas.
Our staff leaders have been working in the area of leadership development since our program began in 1994 . We also include interns on our staff, who are students who have been through the GL program themselves. Unless they live with you in the Maple Valley area, your child will live with a family in our church during the course of this program.
Our goal is to see young adults with strength of character and commitment make a difference in their families, their communities, and their world. This illustrates what the Apostle Paul was speaking of, in the Bible, when he boasted about the power of grace. Young adults, who have experienced God’s mercy, love and grace, will impact our nation and the nations of the world.
